Having not received confirmation by e-mail, I called the sanatorium and received verbal confirmation that there was a reservation. To receive written confirmation, I was asked to write an email to info@draugyste. lt. I wrote a letter on Saturday and also duplicated it on Monday, without waiting for an answer, I called again.
Today they said that my booking is not available.
How could this happen?
Now there are no available rooms for the dates I need, there are only more expensive ones.
It is not possible to change the dates of the trip, plane tickets from Moscow to Vilnius and back and from the region where the person lives to Moscow have already been bought.
I did not receive an answer to this letter, during the morning conversation I asked to be connected to the head, senior administrator, director of the sanatorium, since the girl answering the phone is incompetent. But they told me to call later. And later they didn’t pick up the phone, I called directly and through the administration’s phone, where they also tried to connect me with the reservation department to no avail.
Later in the evening, when the leader was not there again, I continued the dialogue with the same employee of the sanatorium as in the morning and I managed to convince the girl to book me a room (it took 9 minutes) .
For payment, they sent me an invoice where there are no international details.
I offered to guarantee payment with my bank card details, as is done all over the world, but this was refused.
I am glad that I decided to check the booking information again, now the rest will not be spoiled in another resort.
