My husband and I absolutely did not regret choosing a hotel ! ! Weligama Bay Marriott Resort & Spa pleasantly surprised us and pleased us with the service and conditions. He is definitely worth his money! No wonder it was offered to us one of the first when buying a tour. We traveled with TPG. Very well organized holiday. Flight and transfer without problems. Help at all stages of the holiday. Round-the-clock communication with the manager to solve even the smallest problems and questions. The hotel reception staff is very polite and helpful, we were warmly greeted, consulted on all issues, registered and escorted to the room. Our room was small, very comfortable and clean. Very big and comfortable bed! ! Panoramic windows overlooking the ocean! The room has both air conditioning and a ceiling fan. There is a TV, safe, kettle, refrigerator, hair dryer and other appliances. Also, the room is full of necessary little things - bathrobes, slippers, toothpaste, soap, shampoos, tea set and more. The towels are just white! They cleaned up well. The staff is nice, smiling, helpful. The food is varied. Lots of national dishes. Breakfasts with an abundance of cheeses, side dishes, pastries, fruits and vegetables. For lunch and dinner there are always a lot of interesting dishes, delicious seafood, meat, fish, salads and sauces for them, pastries, desserts. The hotel area is small, there are two swimming pools, recreation areas, access to the beach. The beach is long, beautiful coastline, but the waves are big enough, just the perfect place for surfing! The hotel also has a spa, lobby bar, gym. In general, there are no attractions nearby, so we did not go outside the hotel, preferring to enjoy a measured beach holiday. I would recommend this hotel to tourists!
