The hotel is a good 3. Unobtrusive service, room cleaning is done on request, but with high quality. Every wish is tried to be fulfilled. Clean pool and hotel grounds. Delicious food but limited selection. Fresh fruit every breakfast. Furniture, of course, old, but normal. Air conditioner in the room.
The beach is 50 meters across the railway road. The beach is deserted but clean.
Local Susil (Silva) constantly hangs out near the hotel and very intrusively offers to go on excursions with him. Don't fall for the price, which is a couple of dollars lower than others.
Silva is a real scammer. He cheated us out of 5000 rupees!
