Traveled with family in June this year. What can I say, what they wanted, they got it and even more! The rooms are clean, the area is big and beautiful, the location is perfect, 3 minutes to the beach, the food is amazing! The guest house is run by a Russian family - very hospitable people, they helped, as they say, on demand. They organized an excellent excursion to Mount Sigiriya, a transfer in both directions, and indeed, they helped not to be deceived by local crooks and told a lot of interesting things about Sri Lanka in general!
