Was there in September 2012. during the so-called off-season. the climate is warm and humid, very comfortable as for me. rains were, but for 2-3min. the ocean is not the sea, be careful it sometimes sucks like a vacuum cleaner, so if you don’t know how, don’t swim far from the coast, I was sucked in 2 times, I barely got out, you need to take in more air and wait for a big wave that will take you to the barge like a shrimp) or sail away away from the whirlpool into the ocean and jump ashore with a good wave. the hotel is normal, without too much glamor, the staff is friendly, everyone is smiling, not intrusive guys. it is forbidden to store alcohol in the hotel, a fine, but I kept both whiskey and cognac, and they went for beer, if it’s quiet, then you can. breakfasts are monotonous but substantial, I liked it, fresh, scrambled eggs, fruits. the hotel manager is an old experienced person, I liked the discipline that he observed, he drove the young staff with a bang)
there were 4 of us at the hotel, then 5 more arrived, but everyone worked at full capacity from 4 am to 9 pm. they don’t speak Russian, so remember English) the rooms are simple but everything is there and most importantly everything has a view of the ocean. everything is simple, calm, natural and realistic for unpretentious tourists)
