To which we replied that we were not happy that it was dirty and stinky here.

He said that someone would come, but we did not wait for the cleaning. The question is, why did we wait so long for our room to be cleaned, but it is still dirty? ! There are no bathrobes, slippers, baths in the room. There is a dirty, smelly shower with a slippery floor and no lighting. The wall adjacent to the room leaked water, while taking a shower, water was poured into the room. Dirty water was pouring from the ventilation above the toilet. Audibility in the hotel is colossal.
It feels like there are no walls at all. This is all reinforced by the absence of a wall in the bathroom. Made it so that all bathrooms on all floors are united in one space. They wondered why this was done, but they did not find a logical answer. You can hear everything down to the smallest detail in the bathroom, as others do their business in the toilet. Nightmare! The pillows are very old, there is almost no filler, the synthetic winterizer is crumpled into a heap, you sleep as if on stones. Took half board. for dinner there was spoiled fish, the food is not tasty, mostly local spicy dishes. Suffered indigestion from their food. The hotel has a lot of local or Asians. I don't know who these people are who write about cleanliness in this hotel, about delicious food. Reviews that we were led to when choosing a hotel. These people either did not rest there at all, or these are custom-made reviews. Definitely, this is not a 5 star hotel, and not even 4. Troika is possible.
The only positives are the proximity to the beach and the view from the room. All rooms in this hotel have a sea view, so if you are told that you need to pay extra for a beautiful view from your room, know this is a scam. The hotel already included everything in the price. In addition to the price in the reservation, the hotel charged us an additional 30% for service. Okay, if it was there at the proper level, it would not be so insulting, the service there is good. The location of the hotel is not good. It is located in a remote village. Therefore, you will have to spend all the time in a hotel where there is no animation. But the fire alarm goes off all the time, day and night. Not only is it a terrible pillow, high audibility, but the fire alarm is also triggered. The apogee was the holding at the hotel on Friday, August 19, of a corporate party of a local company for 500+ people, with a stage and music from which it was impossible to get anywhere at all and a bunch of people throughout the hotel. As an "alternative" that day, we were offered a trip to another hotel from 9 to 17 of the same network for 70 km is 2.5 - 3 hours drive on local roads... You can calculate for yourself that we would spend this day of "rest" on the bus and a couple of hours in someone else's hotel, not having access to a room etc. Naturally we preferred to stay. Then we were promised a "special offer" for dinner. But there was no special offer. . .
The quality of food deserves separate lines - it's terrible. Everything is spicy, the choice of products is minimal, monotonous. . .
In general, not only do I not recommend this hotel, but I suggest you find another one right away...
