I did not dare to pursue further in the dark, but he ran along the roof and disappeared outside the hotel. Neither the guards nor the service staff responded to our cries for help, they appeared after about 15 minutes. All this happened in 10 meters. from reception. Looking around the room, they found a broken window. As a result of the inspection of their belongings, money, a camera, a mobile phone were stolen, and there are still 12 days of rest ahead. Immediately, through the administration, we contacted the police, they arrived very quickly. But a problem arose, they could not master the situation due to the language barrier. Hotel guide Luka, who speaks Russian, refused to help us. No one picked up the phone on the phone numbers listed in the memo. Thanks to our perseverance, we were brought to the police station, where, after lengthy incomprehensible negotiations (they returned to the hotel approx. 03:30), a statement was written on our behalf by a police officer.
