We arrived at the hotel on 1.02 at 11.00, the check-in did not happen because most likely our room was resold to tourists from China who have "New Year's holidays" in early February. After calling their operator in Kyiv, they were sent for 4 days to the Tangerine Hotel. When the influx of tourists from the Middle Kingdom subsided, we were returned to Palms and settled in a room on the first floor overlooking the lawn and the Laccadive Sea. I liked that you could leave the room through the terrace to the lawn and then to the beach bypassing the reception. Wifi in the hotel was free and quite good. We took only breakfast from the food and it was enough almost until dinner)))) The beach is clean and was periodically removed by a tractor. The sea is quite shallow and relatively "calm" compared to Tangerine. There is practically no outflow. To the right of the hotel there is a dead reef with a lagoon where you can swim with a fairly strong wave in the sea. Snorkelers can take masks and tubes, they saw stingrays, moray eels and other fish. Cleaning took place every day and leaving a "tip" did not affect the quality. The pool is just hot, but they chlorinated it from a bucket by pouring the powder directly into the pool water, after which it was filled with Chinese tourists. (probably some kind of tradition))) In general, I liked the hotel, but if the dates of your trip to Palms coincide with the weekend in China, think 100 times when choosing this hotel.
