This is pure horror. I don't know who wrote good reviews on this resource, because only considering them, our choice stopped at this hotel.
1. Friendliness.
The friendliness of Sri Lankans is amazing, but here the staff does not care about all your requests and problems.
We had a "breakfast-dinner" tour. Nobody gives water on the territory of the hotel during the day, as you do not have all-inclusive. Water may not be brought to the room for days, and the staff does not care that you have nothing to drink. The child had to ask for medicine, but no one gave him water. This is the height of cynicism. They just waved their hands with the words "sorry". Deck chairs are not allowed on the beach. Therefore, you will have to lie on the sand. They also have a distribution of the territory near the pool. They can approach and drive out of the place, because someone is a more important guest to them. This is some kind of wildness.
2. Cleanliness

This is a separate and most terrible block. The photos on the resource do not correspond to reality. The rooms are terrible. This is a violation of all sanitary standards.
It seems that animals have the right to live in better conditions than what is offered here to humans. They come to clean only because of a scandal. Complete unsanitary. Furniture is falling apart.
3. Security
In the rooms b? live sockets. And they beat well. Chipmunks and monitor lizards may visit the rooms. Monitor lizards and one and a half meter long snakes are a common picture for the hotel area. The administration does not react in any way to such guests, they only take pictures of them.

4. Children
The hotel is not equipped for recreation with children. The pool is deep, the ocean is constantly stormy.

The sun and the beach are the only things that can alleviate the hotel's problems. But I will never come back here.
