Greetings to all who are going to relax on the wonderful beaches of Ceylon. I decided to leave a few flattering words to this beautiful country ...We went on a honeymoon trip with my wife ...I just want to say a big thank you to the travel agency "ALL TOURS" in Tula and its owner Oksana for their reverent attitude to our vacation ...for the evenings spent searching for a tour for us ...believe me, if it were not for Oksana, our honeymoon trip would not have happened ....And now to the trip itself. The heaviest of all rest is the movement both to the country and around the country. Fly 6 hours to Dubai, there expect a flight to Colombo about 3 hours. And then another 3 hours to Colombo.
In the country, the speed limit is 56 km / h, the roads are narrow, so we drove 70 km from the airport to the hotel in 3 hours ...Unrealistic but true ...We flew with Emirates Airlines, the service is beyond praise, however, as well as the level of comfort ...Meals on the plane on the menu, any drinks free of charge, everyone has a computer with a film library, music and surveillance cameras on the nose and bottom of the aircraft, plus all the information about the flight ...So you won’t be bored ...In Dubai, you will also have fun - just looking at the huge airport and buying a lot of useful things in it. By the way, duty free prices in Dubai are 30 percent lower than in Moscow...And they allow you to buy an unlimited amount of alcohol when you say that you are flying to Colombo (the capital of Sri Lanka). But still almost a day of the road is very tiring.
At the hotel, and we rested in BENTOTA BEACH, they are greeted with mango juices ...settled within 5 minutes. We got room 409 ...in general, from 401 to 412 rooms overlook the river.

Very nice view…and no mosquitoes. Fed to slaughter, everything is very tasty every day pork, beef, chicken, several types of fish, several types of pasta and all this is done with very tasty exotic sauces, their national food stands separately, there is the key word CURRY on all dishes ...do not try it eat - it will not work))) insanely sharp! For food I put a solid 5 ...I have not seen such food yet ...By the way, I advise you to go exclusively on all inclusive ...much more profitable !!! ! On the territory of the hotel there is a sports center where everything is free, except for those types where you need petrol - jet ski, water skiing, banana, etc ....The guys work awesome, they will help you in everything, they will not refuse anything ...even without a tip!!!
Checked ...Everyone around is saying hello, smiling and trying to please ...There is no active life outside the hotel, and in the hotel too ...you have to go to Colombo ...there is a whole party ...The cheapest thing to take is on the beach, go to the local guys ...or rather, they run to you and offer as soon as they see you ...it's annoying at first ...but then, having made friends with some, you thereby rid yourself of the rest ...I post pictures of 2 guys we met there and decided everything through them ...trips, fruits, shopping ...these guys are responsible ...they live nearby (there were visiting them). Because there were cases of scammers from the side of others, therefore, in order to protect yourself, you will see them, agree without hesitation ...Everything will be.
In general, it's a pleasure to relax ...writing is not rewriting ...The ocean is mesmerizing ...you can sit for hours and look at it ...and exotic around ...AND WHAT SUNSETS !! ! Be sure to go to Kandy, to the turtle farm and float down the river.
The country leaves a very pleasant impression ...not like the countries of the Arab sense ...Learn ENGLISH!! ! Nobody speaks Russian there.
