Our compatriots, who were settled on the 1st floor, faced a completely different problem (this floor is like -1).
There, the insects were larger and much more unpleasant - COCKROACHES (he himself saw two of these creatures in the evening). And they were huge. But the guys were then moved to another room without any problems. We really liked the beach near the hotel, as there are few people, and the water is clean. There was something to compare with, as we went to the beach in Galle, Hikkaduwa and Unnawatuna. I'm sure there are still a lot of good places, but I write about those that I saw with my own eyes.
Now I want to write about where you can go and with whom.
We had little time and many places we wanted to visit. We limited ourselves to trips up to 40 km in the district (an excursion along the river, went to turtles, elephants, to a waterfall where monkeys were fed. We went by train to Galle, to the beach in Unnawatuna. To Hikkaduwa to the coral reef). On the first day we were lucky, and we met a nice guy (tuk-tuker) Chan, who then drove us all the time on excursions and around the city. He usually sits in front of the hotel entrance (red tuk tuk).
Now about where we ate. At the hotel, we had breakfast included, and for lunch and dinner we went to a cafe near the ocean. Once we decided to try lunch at the hotel, but did not like it. Small portion and a little expensive for the money. And there were cafes: "Denis's" and "John's". It was a mistake to go to Chill Pill, where the reviews and the interior itself are just great, but the service and food leave much to be desired. Denis's is not bad, and even very tasty shrimp, but most of all we liked John's. Large portions, deliciously prepared. I liked the soup most of all, and rice with shrimp, squid, fish. John is a hospitable, polite and cheerful person. If you go by tuk-tuk, then be sure to say “to John, a cafe on the beach”, as there is most likely some other place in the city with the same name.
We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to come again.
The staff is very friendly, the rooms were cleaned every other day, towels were changed, but toiletries were put only on the day of arrival. The room did not have a hair dryer, glasses, but they brought it on demand. The furniture in the rooms is already a little "tired", but the bedding is new, which is nice.
The territory is small, but well-groomed, beach towels are issued.
2. THE NUMBERS ARE DIRTY AND shabby, PRACTICALLY EVERYTHING, THERE IS NO TERRITORY THEY HAVE PRACTICALLY, THE PEOPLE LIKE IN A dormitory, YOU WON'T BE HUNGRY IF YOU DON'T OVERSPELL.
3. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ! AND NOW THE MAIN DIVORCE. NUMBERS!!!!!!!!! ! EVERYONE WHO ARRIVALS IS SEATED IMMEDIATELY IN THE ROOM WHERE THE BEDS ARE DOUBLE!!! ! LIKE A HOSTEL!!!!!!!!! ! THAT YOU DO NOT BOOK, THEY WILL SAY THERE AND THEY WILL SAY THAT THERE IS NO OTHER FREE ROOM AND YOU NEED TO WAIT A COUPLE OF DAYS, OR PAY 25 BACKS PER NIGHT AND WE WILL DO SOMETHING. THIS IS THEIR MECHANISM!!!!!!! . I HAVE BEEN TOLD BY HOLIDAYERS THAT EVERYONE WHO COMES LIKE THIS IS GOING THROUGH THIS. OR PAY 200 BACKS EXTRA OR LIVE IN A ROOM WHERE THERE ARE SEVERAL OF THESE BEDS AND EVERY DAY YOU ARE SOMEONE ELSE.
Ooooooooooooooochen a lot of negative !!!!!!!!! ! I DIDN'T COMPLAINT, I DIDN'T RUN, I DID JUST REST AND TRAVEL, BUT WATCHING THE PHOTO ON THE INTERNET AND IN REAL, THE DIFFERENCE IS CARDINALLY DIFFERENT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . EVERYONE IS SMILING AND NO ONE DOES ANYTHING, THE HOTEL IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY AND IT CAN'T EVEN BE CONSIDERED A HOTEL WHEN THERE ARE A LOT OF ROOMS WITH SUCH BEDS. EVEN NOW IF YOU MAKE A RESERVATION AND RESERVATION, YOU WILL SEE YOURSELF OR TELL YOU IN THE TOUR COMPANY THAT THE ROOMS ARE SMALL WITH TWO-STOREY BEDS AND YOU WILL NOT SLEEP YOURSELF)))))))))).
DON'T MAKE MISTAKES!!!!!!!!!!!! ! DO NOT CHOOSE THIS MIRACLE)))). TAKE A GUESTHOUSE BETTER BUT LIVE IN THE ROOM YOURSELF AND DON'T WORRY.
SO BOILED ONLY ON ARRIVAL))). I DO NOT TAKE A PHOTO AND I DO NOT DISCHARGE - WHY WOULD I DO AND REMOVE THIS DIRT AND HORROR))). WHEN GOING TO THEIR ADDRESS ASK TO LET THEY GIVE YOU A PHOTO IN REAL, THEY WON'T GIVE!!!!!! ! AND IF THEY SEND YOU THEN BOLDLY MAKE A LOUD BUILD AND SHOW WHAT YOU HAVE DISAPPEARED. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!! ! HOTEL SUCK!!!!!!!! !

The hotel is new, the rooms are clean and comfortable. The hotel area is also in the best shape. Breakfasts are also good, maybe not as varied as we would like, but at its price everything is pretty decent.
The staff is also very friendly and responsive. The hotel is very beautiful as in Sri Lanka, ideal for a relaxing holiday.
