We lived in July 2016, we chose this option of settling as the most budget one. Very much regretted it. There was mold on the walls in the room, spiders and bugs were crawling. For 10 days of stay in the room was not cleaned even once, the linen was also not changed. The kitchen was permanently dirty, crumbs on the table and dirty dishes in the sink - a common thing. We left 2 days early, after notifying the staff. In response, we were required to pay for these 2 days in full. After we naturally refused, the transfer was canceled for us (although initially there was an agreement on it).
