I booked this hotel in advance in May, all the amenities were promised, including for children. Upon arrival, it turned out that the beds were not 1.5, but single beds and they would take the FULL cost from all children. We arrived at night, the children slept in their arms, we didn’t want to argue, and in the morning the hostess came running with a clear negative attitude and demanded (in a raised tone ) ALL the payment for all days. We decided to find a more convenient place and more friendly hosts, we sent the children with their grandmothers to the lake, and we went to look for ourselves. There are sooo many options and the attitude is kind, our suitable option, we returned for things. The owner came and very politely and courteously began to persuade us to stay and offered 2 suites at a very competitive price. Oh, how we regretted that we bought... Joyful moved to the suite, gave all the money for 2 weeks and then it began. (and the neighbors told us an amusing story that they also demanded money in advance from two families, and when they didn’t like it and they found a better boarding house, they didn’t return the money !! ! and they still left with nothing. ) Then the owners gave us a holiday in paradise. They began to finish building the rooms from morning to evening - a drill, a screwdriver, dragging, picking up furniture, etc. , and we were with the children! They need to sleep during the day! They did not respond to our requests, we demanded money, and they answered us in the same rude manner - SHSH! Leave if you don't like it! We are horrified, but we rested without our husbands, we sit and roar, but there is nothing to do, we did not want to give them money. We decided to be patient. Of course, children need to cook, eat and wash, which we did. Although there were very few dishes, all the guests tried to catch a saucepan or a mug. The owner did not keep himself waiting and began to demand an EXTRA PAYMENT for the use of a seedy tile and hot water!! ! Can you imagine? ! We explain to him that there was no such agreement and we will not pay. In general, every day scandals. Vacation ruined. Never before have we waited so long to go home. I hope my review will be read and heard. The owner's name is Bakhyt and his wife Roza, and the owner is a former policeman, and now a lawyer. So we would have gone to the police, but they dissuaded us, told ourselves that you would do worse, everything was seized. Guest house Aliya is rather an exception, there are many good guest houses.
