Really liked Grand Hotel. It is a comfortable and quiet hotel. Stayed in Dec 2014. The room was very warm. Location is perfect: close walk to the city center. The restaurant was good (try Russian dumplings ""pelmeni"" and Asian "manty" for lunch/dinner - delicious). Rustam at the front desk was great. Will definitely stay again.

We chose at booking for a long time. The main criteria - close to the center and quiet! This hotel has it all. Everyone liked it very much! Great location. All attractions are 5-10 minutes walk. The breakfast is plentiful and delicious. Once again I will say that I really liked it! Very nice and friendly girls at the reception.

In my opinion the best hotel I have ever been to. Absolutely new rooms, cleanliness, silence, service is impressive! At not the highest cost per night. It was nice that they made us an early check-in for free, a transfer by executive car. The room has everything you need. The hotel fully met our expectations.

Even before departure to Bishkek, we received detailed answers by e-mail to all questions of interest, including ordering a taxi. Already being there, the staff suggested how best to get to the places we wanted to visit.

I always stay at this hotel on short business trips. It is conveniently located for me. Everywhere is clean, quiet, comfortable, practical. The staff at the reception are very attentive, they do everything quickly, which is especially important in a small hotel (either you arrive at night, then you need to leave or give something to someone, then get some advice, etc.
