As elsewhere in Japan, the hotel does not surprise or disappoint. The Karasuma Hotel is well located close to transport links and not too far from the glorious Gion area. Very small bathroom, even two close people will not disperse in it. The hotels have a toothbrush, a razor, slippers and a bathrobe, but no body cream.

As elsewhere in Japan, the hotel does not surprise or disappoint. The Karasuma Hotel is well located close to transport links and not too far from the glorious Gion area. Very small bathroom, even two close people will not disperse in it.
The hotels have a toothbrush, a razor, slippers and a bathrobe, but no body cream. Soap and shampoo in large dispensers, not disposable.
The breakfast is unfortunately disappointing. The relative breadth of choice, but everything is mediocre.
The real problem was the heat and stuffiness at night. The large window in the room did not open, the air conditioning control provides for 4 positions of the toggle switch - Off, Low, Medium and Hi, while temperature control is not provided : -) And the same stuffy warm air comes out of the grille.
