Interesting for travelers to Japan
NO HIROSHIMA? ! BUT WHY?? ? ?
This review prompted me to write the negative perceptions of many tourists about the presence of visiting Hiroshima on some itineraries in Japan. Personally, for me, for a person who was lucky enough to be there (yes, it was “lucky”, I will comment on the details below), such negativity causes some indignation instantly. As a result of further negotiations with these tourists, unfortunately you understand that the arguments in favor of Hiroshima do not work . . To the question “Why? ” people just dismiss “Well, you probably understand ...”.
Yes, that's just the point, NO, I don't understand . . What is the reason? The atomic bomb in 1945? ? Echoes of radiation or something else? If so, then it’s understandable, of course . . this happened just recently, not only our Chernobyl as much as 31 years ago, Hiroshima suffered only 41 years earlier . .
But we live here, next to our affected object, and do not remember our tragedy hourly, do not think about the consequences of the past years, are alive and well ugh three times!
Or maybe there is some other reason? Friends, please write in the comments, if you have thoughts on this matter, share your thoughts.
Still, I’ll return to my expression “I HAPPENED” to visit Hiroshima... When a trip to this city awaits you, of course it’s hard to imagine that it is there that the widest avenues (which distinguish Hiroshima from most other cities in Japan), boulevards and parks, are waiting for you in reality, covered with greenery, framed in spring by a pink cloud of sakura, water channels, with which the noise of the city echoes in contrast, traditional color and a lot of yummy . . But it's true! Believe!
Yes, perhaps the Peace Park is a little depressing . . Although no, not the correct wording . .
The very expectation of the alleged sensations suggests gloomy thoughts . . But in fact, it strikes in a good way and makes it possible to unwillingly think about humanity, the world . . no matter how trite it sounds. Otherwise, he is great, handsome and noble. And this park is a “must have”, because it is the pride of the nation, which, one might say, has risen from the ashes and is proud of it. But they really have something to be proud of!
The Atomic Explosion Museum is perhaps a really sad sight, for example, it took me no more than 30 minutes. But without this, Hiroshima is not Hiroshima at all. .
But near the museum itself, a surprise awaited us - the most parade of mini-coopers (pictured in the gallery) accompanied, by the way, by very nice police officers (also photo below) . . And all the sorrows taken out of the museum vanished)) )
But for some reason, many in their excursion programs bypass Hiroshima Castle (or "Castle of Carps"). .
Although in my opinion it is worthy of attention. A very landscaped place, a beautiful park on the territory of the castle, surrounded by sakura in spring, a magnificent panorama of the city opens from the top floor, as well as the opportunity to take a picture in a samurai costume (and for free))). Cosplay festivals are often held on the territory of the castle park. And we were lucky again)) (photo below).
The miniature, but so peaceful, picturesque traditional garden Shukkeien is also worthy of attention here. some photos in the gallery).
And what are the okonomiyaki in Hiroshima ... ! ! Yes, the most delicious in the whole country! You won't believe it again until you try it yourself. .
Well, perhaps one of the important accents on the "YES" Hiroshima.
After all, it is from here that ferries leave (only 30 minutes), to one of the most landscaped islands - about. Miyajima, which promises happiness and good luck. There is a belief that a person who manages to pass under the gates of O-Torii, for which the island is famous, will find happiness and prosperity. And touching the cylinders in the Daisho-in Temple promises incredible luck. And so, in the campaign for happiness and beautiful landscapes, we can’t bypass Hiroshima!
Friends, dear tourists, do not be afraid of Hiroshima, do not try to bypass it. In fact, it is spacious and at the same time so cozy, traditional and modern, and most importantly - peaceful! But this is what we all lack so much right now ...
