We just returned from Jordan, rested for 9 days in Kempinski, then I decided to diversify and please my husband on his DR - rest at the springs.
The hotel is interesting in terms of design, the cuisine is excellent! that's where the pluses end.
Cons: the source in the hotel does not work for swimming, the bowl is not going to be repaired in the near future. Everyone is sent to the SPA, and there the entrance has risen in price - 30 dinars, or take any procedure of your choice, or for free for the SPA, a tiny 10-drop waterfall with sunbeds.
We went early in the morning to a large spring, admission is free, but during the day the local population gathers there and it’s not very pleasant to stand under the gaze of male eyes. It’s especially busy on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - weekends, keep that in mind!

About the room: the biggest disappointment is the mattress, which is all caved in and had to sleep without a pillow, and even under the creaking, squealing and songs of the springs. For 5 days of our holiday, the floors were never washed, bed linen was not changed, towels were changed only at my request. There are no nets on the windows, there is a fumigator in the bedside table to keep mosquitoes away, but keep an eye on the balcony, there are a lot of birds wanting to eat. I was also worried about the terrible soundproofing: all movements in the corridor and the next room were audible, right up to the neighbors flushing the toilet. We were offended, because the hotel is 5 stars, and this implies a different level of service. We lived on the 3rd floor, room 307, maybe you are lucky and in 307 they will finally change the mattress).
About nutrition: as I already wrote - the cuisine is wonderful, for breakfast there are unusual freshly squeezed juices from pomegranate, grapes, kiwi, mint, etc. nothing to complain about.
Dinner: it's a shame that we were not warned at the agency that, given the low occupancy of the hotel, dinner is not a buffet, but on the menu. Every evening we were offered a different menu: soup, salad, 2 hot dishes to choose from, dessert. It's delicious, but for example, I don't eat Indian cuisine, but today there is an Indian menu for dinner, I ate rice and quietly rejoiced that it was only for one day. On the last day of our vacation, and it was Friday, the people at the hotel increased noticeably and there was a buffet for dinner - cheers! we ate what we wanted, we could walk around and choose - very tasty, it would be like that every day!
About entertainment: the bikes are all dead, there is no place to walk, then you will reach the SPA, then you will reach a large spring, that's the whole promenade, the mountain trails are all closed.
In the morning we took a free bus from the hotel to a paid beach, entrance for two is 39.90 dinars, the beach is beautiful with many pools and sunbeds, lots of greenery and flowers, wonderful white salt stones by the sea, in November we were there in splendid isolation. But! the bus takes away from the beach at 12.30, when it's warmest! this is also a disadvantage.
