To be honest, we were worried about how things would turn out. Now that everything is behind me, I will say that the trip exceeded expectations. She made it possible to decide which country to go to thoroughly, and where enough to see. Being a leader and knowing firsthand what organizational issues are, she appreciated the level of qualification of Art-service employees. Each tourist was given a package with information materials not only on the tour, but also with information about each country (population, customs, cuisine, mini-dictionary, etc. ). I liked that we were notified in advance of our seats on the train and on the bus. No one was trying to take your place, as it was on the tour of Hungary with another operator in 2006. The time spent in each city is clearly calculated. Absolutely optimal ratio excursion - free time. Patience and tolerance towards all statements, sometimes on the verge of rudeness, of individual tourists. For the money paid for tours (about 80 euros per country), taking into account overnight stays and breakfasts, paid autobahns, excursions, this tour is the best combination of price and quality. There is not a single night move, and the day ones are easily transferred, because the pictures outside the window are one of the best components of the trip (I post some of them). There are rough edges in any business, and the level of professionalism shown by Art Service deserves the highest praise.
