I wanted to feel like a Venetian and to relax and enjoy this undoubtedly wonderful city, I chose an apartment three minutes walk from the Rialto Bridge and five minutes from St. Mark's Square. The owner met us with the keys at the Rialto Bridge at one of the vaporetto stops, which was agreed upon arrival by phone. The young man helped to bring our things, told briefly where it is better to eat and where to buy groceries. The room turned out to be very warm, cozy and quite worthy for its price in Venice. The small kitchenette allowed us to cook as needed, we hardly watched TV, we wandered the streets late into the night. The soundproofing in the room made it possible to have a good night's sleep and set out to explore Venice with renewed vigor.
