There was no information anywhere that the hotel has rooms with tiny beds (in European law, hiding information that is essential for the client about the quality of a product / service is fraud).
But it turned out that way. The hotel managers converted two of the four technical rooms into so-called "rooms". And they put beds there, on which a person with a height of 180+ cm and shoulders wider than 50 sizes does not fit. Elbows hang down, legs stick out. It is impossible to sleep, it is easy to fall out of bed. By the way, this is not a bed at all. And something like a soft bench without backs and a mattress on top.
I repeatedly asked the hotel staff to help. Explained the problem. You just fall out of bed. In a severe sports back injury, it is life-threatening. Useless. They cannot put the bed a little more, because they have never done it, and therefore they will not. Any attempts to talk like a human stumbled upon the rude: we can’t help in any way.
Further. The toilet is close to the wall, to the corner. Since there is not enough space in the toilet. That is, it is very difficult to sit down : ) It's the 21st century in the yard. If you get up, leaning back, then you hit your head on the shelf, which for some reason was nailed there. The rim / darling of the toilet bowl itself is shifted to the side - when you sit down, you fall through. Very comfortably". Water drips intermittently with good sound/echo. For this to pass, you need to rinse the water 2-3 more times.
Do not fit in the soul. Doors do not close all the way - water pours onto the floor. When you try to wash your hair, you beat your elbows against the doors, and your back against the tap, which for some reason was not made where the shower itself is attached.
Once again, this is not a number. And a very small TECHNICAL room, which was converted into a room. Apparently, after the hotel was certified for 4 stars. Because it's definitely NOT 4 STARS.
It's a shame, in the 21st century hotel beds can't fit a 180+ cm person and falls off the bed. It's a shame that no one can help you humanly. And he doesn't want to. Simply, ignoring, not trying to solve the problem.
On the second day, the cleaning lady (intentionally or not) turned off the electricity in the room (maybe because she didn’t give her 2 euros for cleaning? ) - as a result, the refrigerator turned off. The food became warm, the refrigerator dripped.
On the morning of the second day, ants came into the room and bit. On the third day there were a lot of them. The hotel staff does not even respond to the story about this.
Well, and the noise. The hotel has soundproofing problems. She just doesn't exist. You can hear everything: neighbors, traffic in the hall, all the sounds of the street. And given that at about 00:00 young people come to the hotel and turn on the music for the whole, a disco is provided for you until 3 in the morning. Closing windows doesn't help. Cheap materials, cracks. You can hear everything, as if all these people are in your room.
The hotel is conveniently located, good sunbeds (the size of a bed in a Standard room), clean sea, sand. This is where the pluses end. If you want to sleep, you DO NOT go to this hotel. If you want to be in a concentration camp and feel the "hospitality" for yourself, see how in the 21st century they cannot solve problems and help in a purely human way, you are here. But keep in mind, despite a bunch of positive reviews, the attitude towards people is swine if you suddenly have a real problem. You will be one on one with her.
