The rooms are up to 3 stars. The breakfast menu is monotonous, there is nothing to eat. The "reception" was especially distinguished, where only 2 employees work literally "in the soap". In a private conversation, it turned out that the hotel belongs to the Egyptians, after which it became clear why there was no service, the rooms were poorly cleaned, there was a constant nasty smell, and it was useless to achieve something at the reception.

After 3 days everything is annoying. You can come to this hotel for a maximum of 2-3 days to spend time at sea (since there are practically no hotels with a beach in Sicily). But the most interesting thing turned out at the end of the stay - at check-out, 1000 euros were included in the bill. Just. They said that they made a mistake when voicing the price of the room. In total, we got a vacation in terms of quality 3 stars, in terms of cost - de luxe! Complete disappointment and disgusting experience. First of all from the hotel, of course. Although, for the sake of justice, it should be noted that the whole of Sicily lives in the style of "siesta", i. e. in order to achieve something, one must apply hypereffort, which is quite unpleasant at the time of rest.

Considered a good hotel. And the service is missing. Internet is paid. The breakfasts are primitive, there is little food and sometimes there was not enough for everyone. The air conditioners work very poorly, and this made the rooms smell bad. And, it seems, no one cleaned them for 100 years. We had a suite.

There are no sun loungers on the terrace, and in the morning, when you can sunbathe and not burn yourself in the sun, access to the beach is closed. Not once did they bring fruit or water to the room, as is customary in 5 *****. The restaurant downstairs is weak, we went to eat in other places, since they are in Taormina. So, gentlemen, this is not Capri for you.

I want to share my sad story about a trip to Italy. We have always traveled through the Sodis company, where we were always warned about all the little things when choosing a hotel, but this time we decided to go through a direct tour operator. Everything didn't work out right from the start. We could not find a transfer at the airport, we looked for it for about an hour, but we never found it, we took a taxi and drove to the hotel on our own.

Everything didn't work out right from the start. We could not find a transfer at the airport, we looked for it for about an hour, but we never found it, we took a taxi and drove to the hotel on our own. This Grand Hotel Atlantis Bay turned out to be completely focused on holding weddings, in this regard, the staff did not show much attention to other guests, even tips did not help us. The level of service is low, room service practically does not work, because. all the waiters are busy at the wedding. Sunbeds on the beach and the pool are taken out only by 10 am, and they are taken away at 5 pm (because they are needed at the wedding). In addition to the noise of the trains (which, thank God, we were warned about), until one in the morning we had to "enjoy" the sounds of the celebration. And at the end of the holiday, we were generally asked when we were going to leave, supposedly tired here with constant complaints! I wonder why the manager, when choosing a hotel, did not pay attention to such a feature of it?
