Now about the disadvantages of rest.
The first is the completely disregarding position of the host company "Norma Vacance", all the functions of which were reduced to a meeting with the guide Xenia at the airport and boarding the bus. All issues with the settlement had to be resolved on their own, and, given that not all tourists were sufficiently fluent in English, we can say that the group was left to survive. The next (and, as it turned out, the last) meeting with the guide took place only on Sunday, when the group had to literally snatch excursions from the guide, which, you see, looks incredible compared to the work of guides in other countries, when they literally had to fight off offers. The guide could not answer questions related to staying at the hotel, the return transfer, citing that this was the competence of the hotel, and she did not consider it necessary to find out and bring them to the attention of tourists.
As for staying at the hotel. Breakfasts. They could be considered normal if not for the depressingly monotonous menu. More precisely, not monotonous, but the same thing for 10 days: boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, muesli, sliced u200bu200bcheese and ham, yogurt, sweet pastries. Yes, more fruit. The salad bar is very poor: regular lettuce, radicchio, and tomatoes (not every day), which is somehow strange for the south.
If someone gets the number 102, then feel free to demand relocation or a discount! Along the outer wall, almost at the head of the bed, there are pipes of a powerful exhaust from the cafe, its noise did not always make it possible to sleep normally.
In addition, it is rather difficult to consider Torre Faro a resort town, despite the two seas. The complete absence of sidewalks for pedestrians is depressing, all the time you have to maneuver in the flow of traffic with its fairly intense traffic, especially on weekends. Only a small piece of the embankment is acceptable for walking, where it is obviously forbidden to park cars. By the way, the previously mentioned trattoria "Tamburini" is really a cozy corner with good home cooking and a cellar. Just remember that the prices in the Russian-language menu differ from the prices in the English-language one by 2 euros in each dish. This is the harsh truth of life! After a while, I decided to write a review about the rest of 2013. For a long time my wife and I chose where to go, as a result, the travel agency suggested Italy - the island of Sicily. We went through the Alliance, got to the action and flew away for 10 days practically on a balloon, for two people about 1100 euros, and this is in 10 days !! ! We flew well, the flight was direct, we arrived at the hotel and were not disappointed, clean and tidy, the rooms are new! The food is normal, there is no variety, but very tasty, Italian cuisine is super! The territory is not very green, but this is most likely because the hotel is new and they have not had time to plant greenery yet.

We went to the municipal beach, the water is clean, pebbles, you can see the mainland through the strait in the distance). Excursions are super, I advise everyone to go to Messina, Taormina. Sicily left a very pleasant impression, Italian flavor, food, nature, everything is super! Thanks to the manager Svetlana and the Alliance company for a great experience, I advise everyone to visit this wonderful place and the Capo Peloro hotel!
