I met one agency whose employees helped me negotiate with the hotel, especially Inessa, from whom I took excursions. I got breakfast on time and even !! ! woke up!! ! Budtlniki was set for me by the agency where I took excursions. The hotel is very comfortable, the employees are friendly, which you will not see here in Russia. Very satisfied with the trip!
