At the hotel reception, we were met by a blonde Italian Margarita and greeted us in Russian. As Galina later explained to us, she learns Russian and the vocabulary is constantly updated with new phrases, so for those who do not know English, everything is very simplified, you will be understood! But Italians are very pleased when they speak their native language, take a phrase book on the road, it will help you a lot.

In the hotel, a table is assigned to each vacationing company, there is a sign with your name and a menu in English on the table, when you come for breakfast you note what you will eat in the evening, 4 options for dishes (1.2 and dessert). At breakfast, all drinks are free, the buffet, in our opinion, was quite good, ham, sausages, different types of cheeses, I am delighted with Camamber cheese, it is not at all like we have in Russia, and prunes in their own juice are impossible to resist , in addition to all the mass of pastries and "bird food" (muesli and all that). We were told in the travel agency that this hotel cooks very well, homemade food, everything turned out to be so!
The room itself is spacious, all the rooms in the hotel are like that, we had a sea view (the travel agency took care of this), a good bathroom with a bidet shower, the room was cleaned every day, it was worth leaving for breakfast, and you are already in order! In addition to everything, the hotel is very conveniently located, opposite the bus stop number 46, you buy tickets, sit down and go... we went to the Republic of San Marino, little Italy ourselves, it turned out to be two times cheaper than with a guide. At each stop, the time of movement of transport is indicated, so you can plan your sightseeing day yourself.
Another tip, if you go to Venice, do not buy Murano glassware at the factory!! ! They are 2 times more expensive than on the next street! They are no different, I checked it myself, the guide says that the factory is real, and then Chinese fakes, but when we bought one thing at the factory, we were asked to give the name of the guide and wrote it down, apparently they have their own calculations with each other, that's why they are so crazy markup.
Do not hesitate in this hotel, everything will be great! And do not compare with Turkey, there is nothing to compare with, this is EUROPE !!! ! Have a nice rest!
