My husband and I stayed at this hotel in late May/early June 2013. Despite the fact that the rooms are really small (we also got the medium one, not the smallest), this in no way spoiled the impression. At least you need a room to relax, change clothes, wash yourself - and that's all, walk, enjoy Italy! By the way, we slept great, we can’t sleep at home, we got enough sleep, despite the fact that we went to bed late, and we had to get up at 4 in the morning (when we went on an excursion to Rome).

By the way, we slept great, we can’t sleep at home, we got enough sleep, despite the fact that we went to bed late, and we had to get up at 4 in the morning (when we went on an excursion to Rome). The hosts are a nice family, polite children, no one grumbled or followed anyone (as some write here). And those who saw boors in hoyaevs probably see boors in everyone in life, because everyone sees something of their own - to whom what is closer. With us, at least, Gianni, Franca and their children were polite and correct. We bought only breakfasts, which we always had enough (we don’t like to overeat at all), and everything was always fresh, and ham, and cheese, and bread, and pastries, and the rest, and the owner brewed very tasty coffee. As for dinner, the roommate said that it was a lot for her, very large portions. And for those who are accustomed to large rooms and plentiful all-inclusive meals, go, gentlemen, to where you are more familiar - to Turkey, Egypt and others like them. And there is nothing terrible in this, everyone has their own idea of u200bu200brest, it is pointless to even argue about it.

I disagree with the previous review! I arrived on 07/23/11 from Rimini, lived in this hotel for a week. The rooms are really very small, but in Italy they are like this in all three rooms, the owners are NORMAL. You just need to be kinder. The food was good, very pleasant Russian-speaking staff. The rooms were cleaned every day, the towels were changed, only the bed linen was not changed for the whole week (maybe they shouldn't have been? ). There was no noise! There were a lot of Russians in the hotel, even with kids. The hotel is conveniently located: the sea is nearby, the old town is also 15 minutes. walk, not so far from the bus station (I went on foot) . . I have only pleasant memories of the rest and the hotel.

I asked the guide why Italians do not like Russians. She explained - there are many emigrants, incl. prostitutes. However, in the city the Italians behaved normally. Only the hotel is bad. And the city itself has a drawback - streets, cars, window-to-window houses. No lawns for you. Breathe exhaust gases. The hotel itself is very noisy. Everything is heard. Soundproofing is bad.

Of all the rooms that we looked at, only one had a shower, the rest had a shower over a bidet!! ! Two adult strangers from our group were offered to spend the night in one bed, although separate beds were stipulated in the application.

For breakfast for 6 people, 2 croissants of not the first freshness, 4 thin slices of cheese and not fresh ham were offered. The tangerines were old and withered (and this at a time when they just grow on trees). When we asked the owner for boiling water, he asked for 2 euros for it. In general, it should be said separately about the owners: they are very rude, unfriendly people, they constantly yell and show their contempt for customers with all their looks. In Italy, Tue. h. and in Rimini there are very decent hotels where you will be treated like relatives, fed, watered and put to sleep (for the same money or even cheaper), so in no case come to THIS hotel, where they will try to deceive and humiliate you, you will get the wrong impression about both Italy and the Italians !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! !

We rested in Rimini from 12.09. 10-19.09. 10. The hotel is wonderful for a trip. City center. To the station (auto. railway) 15 min. walk, San Marino 8 euros (round trip by bus), Venice 30 euros (round trip by train). Very nice Italian family are the hosts. At night, the hotel does not lock with a key, a security guard is on duty or the owner himself, who prepares a great cappuccino).

Rooms without balconies cause an attack of claustrophobia - there is simply nowhere to put a suitcase. The owner understands English well, but speaks English worse. He seems to speak German quite well. The girl at the reception speaks English, almost all the maids speak Russian. Very friendly and attentive waitresses Svetlana and Margarita.
The rooms were cleaned well (they left 1-2 euros for tea). The room has air conditioning and a safe (no extra charge), no refrigerator. The territory of the hotel is small, there is no pool. Swimming pools are only 4-5 **** and very, very small. Pretty decent hotel by Italian standards. To the sea 7-10 minutes on foot. We recommend beach number 46 (3 euros per sunbed, an umbrella cover is attached to the sunbed)). The sea is shallow, very warm, there are algae, but not much.

We rested 5 years ago, but the impressions of this haunted place are still very vivid! We were there together with a friend, we got a corner room on the first floor, without a balcony and overlooking the wall of a neighboring house, located a couple of meters away. There are bars on the window. There is nowhere to turn around in the room, there is nowhere to put the suitcases, there is nowhere to put / hang things. We bought ropes and clothespins, hung them outside on the window bars to somehow dry towels and swimwear. Shower over the toilet, a hole in the floor for water drainage is always clogged, for 2 weeks of requests it was never cleaned for us, the water almost overflowed into the room. The brush floating around the toilet looked great. Our request to change our room was denied in a rather rude manner. Cleaning was almost not done, you had to run for the maid to get clean towels or ask to empty the wastebasket.
Feeding was also not at all pleasing. Breakfast is continental, there is nothing special to eat except a jar of yogurt and coffee with a croissant. For dinner, they usually offered a couple of hot dishes to choose from, the choice had to be made a day in advance, i. e. tonight at dinner you have to say you want to have tomorrow. Moreover, usually one dish was completely fine, and the other was completely inedible. In order not to remain hungry, we teamed up with a few more poor fellows, and ordered both items 50 to 50, and then what was edible was divided equally among everyone. In addition, there were some dubious snacks, several types. The supermarket located nearby was very helpful, as well as various cafes.
But the most important feature of the hotel is the owner! Extremely unpleasant and unfriendly subject! He doesn't like Russians, he especially didn't like us. When we arrived, we found a note in the room about what not to do, we thought it was a joke, but no... After 23:00 it was forbidden to turn on the TV, laugh, speak in a loud voice, walk around the room in high heels, move a chair. In the last week, the owner has already reached the point that he settled in a room opposite us and tracked our every step, even if we came late at night from a walk in soft silent sneakers / moccasins and started to open the door with a key, talking quietly, he jumped out and something there they honked at us, like making noise and stomping too loudly... By the way, everything else, the hotel door is locked at night and there were problems getting inside, it’s not so easy to wake up the night attendants at the reception.
Of the pluses, one can single out only a more or less good location, there is where to take a walk, not far from the center, a large supermarket nearby, various shops, shops, cafes. But the beach is still far away and the sea is not very good, there are too many tiny crabs that crunch under your feet, and some kind of microalgae that stick to the body.
The tour cost decently, a year earlier and a year later we rested in good 4 stars in Spain for almost the same money.
