We have been vacationing with our daughter for five years! Everything is fine. This hotel has become like a cottage for us! Yes! Breakfast is modest, air conditioning for an additional fee, but I never needed it, although we always come in hot weather. The nights are more than cool! This has its own plus: you don’t have to pay for what you don’t need, which happens in more expensive hotels! The attitude of the staff is great! The owner himself goes to the pharmacy for medicine for my sick daughter, the administrator arranges her birthdays! You can always ask everything: how to get where, where to buy something! And how many things and toys she threw out little from the balcony onto the roof of the veranda. . . Both of them always got it all meekly and quickly! Simply amazing! The hostess made great dinners, it’s a pity that last year they refused to have dinner at their hotel: tourists are constantly on excursions, it’s not profitable, you can understand too! We had dinner at a nearby hotel! How I missed her zucchini, they were badly made in the neighboring hotel! But how do our Russian tourists behave there!! ! Sometimes it's just frankly ashamed of the Motherland! They yell, they are rude, they throw garbage on the floor, they demand "dumplings" for breakfast! I have not told anyone anything for a long time and do not advise, because in response I not only do not receive gratitude, but on the contrary, in response, rudeness and Russian disgusting flies to me! The eternal and widespread dissatisfaction of Russian tourists has nothing to do with the quality of the hotel! We will feel bad everywhere, even in the Grand Hotel!
