Stayed at Sacramora Terme 3* in October 2010. The hotel is located 20 minutes by bus from the city centre. There are no shops nearby. The room is very small, like a mink for a mouse, when you open the door you hit the bed, although there is not even a bed, but a couch. The bed is not clean, washed, the blanket is not possible to pick up. It was very cold and damp, the neighbors couldn't sleep because their balcony door wouldn't close, and it was raining outside. None of the hotel staff responded to calls for help. I had problems with my phone, but the hotel owner said that it was impossible to call. In this dampness, my husband and I fell ill and needed boiling water, which became an impossible task for the hotel staff. When the husband asked for boiling water, he was told: pour it from the tap. The most terrible memory of Italy.
