The room turned out to be just tiny, only one person could go out onto the balcony (it was no longer possible to put a chair), to go into a small shower cubicle you need to step over the toilet.

Hello! I just returned from Italy a few days ago. Impressions about the country were good, the people are friendly, there is something to see. One thing was very upsetting - the hotel Napoleon 4 *. The room turned out to be just tiny, only one person could go out onto the balcony (it was no longer possible to put a chair), to go into a small shower cubicle you need to step over the toilet... The furniture is old, the nights passed under some kind of rumble in the ventilation... From the balcony we had a "wonderful" view - a blank wall with sewer pipes of a neighboring hotel. And at the reception did not even speak English, only Italian! And this is in a 4* hotel! In fairness, I will note two positive points - this is the first coastline and good food. And yet, having visited hotels of lesser stardom, for example, Turkey, India or Thailand, I can say with confidence that it was the worst hotel I have ever seen. Happy travels! Oksana.
