Terrible hotel! There is not even a refrigerator. The food is very poor, everything is the cheapest.

The hotel is very poor. You have to constantly ask for soap, they don’t change bed linen, there is no refrigerator, the rooms are very small. The manager is very unfriendly. There is practically no food! you can stay only with a loaf and coffee. You can’t buy dinner there! There is no choice, only the cheapest varieties of pasta with ketchup and french fries.

Hotel Maracaibo 3 * after the renovation is quite clean, the plumbing is brand new. Rooms were cleaned every day, towels changed every day too. There is air conditioning in the room, but this is a separate service. We do not envy the tourists who will rest during the peak season. Pretty noisy. Some rooms overlook the courtyard, where the air conditioners were humming, while others face the street, where transport and pensioners from the hotel opposite sitting, chatting until late, interfered with sleep.

Breakfasts are very poor - one kind of cereal, butter, honey, bread, good croissants, hard boiled eggs, Nutella pasta, olive oil, cheese, sausage (edible) or chemical ham, put out 20 pcs. yogurt for 55 people - if you did not have time to take it, then you were late, because won't bring it up again. One coffee machine was terribly slow and there was a huge queue.
Dinner for an additional fee (7 euros) on the first day was pretty good, but in the following days the portions were getting smaller. If you come to dinner a little later, then the food will be cold and you may not get vegetables. Again, they do not particularly try and do not want to bring finished salads and vegetables. They believe that 1 bowl of tomato is enough for such a number of tourists. Save!! ! Very budget friendly.
