Not a hotel, but a dump. 3 stars and does not pull. Probably in our Russian communal apartments it’s even better. And breakfast is just a laugh: bread, butter and jam, a coffee machine - three in one: tea + coffee + milk, pours everything together and at once. No soap in the room, cold, dirty, damp. They left with a runny nose and cough.

I got into it according to the Fortune system, so there was no choice. A single room, the size of an elevator, instead of a window, a narrow balcony door, the furniture is old, the plumbing is wiped, the walls are cardboard. It is inhabited only by Russian groups who drink in the rooms in the evenings and you will listen to it.

It is inhabited only by Russian groups who drink in the rooms in the evenings and you will listen to it. There is practically no heating, except for the noise from the central ventilation from 20 to 24 hours. It is impossible to fall asleep under it, as well as to warm up. It's good that it was warm outside at that time.
Internet only at the reception.
Serves Russian staff, the floor has never been washed in a week.
Breakfast: bread, jam, butter, coffee or tea.
Big minus: located on the edge of the city, far to go to the center or a supermarket, even by transport.

if you are accustomed to five-star Turkish and Egyptian hotels, then, entering the three-star Impero hotel, you will be shocked at first, but I can assure you that among the three-star Impero is not so bad... it's all a matter of habit... there is a fee for air conditioning (as it seems to me now ONLY for tourists).

Were in July 2010. The rooms are renovated. Bathrooms are new. Conditioners. Missing, however, mini bar, refrigerator does not work. But for a fee, they will connect it to you if there is something to store. Safe in the closet, free of charge. The rooms are small but cozy. They fed well. For lunch and dinner, 2 courses + salad table and dessert.

The hotel is one of the lousiest I've ever been to abroad. Rooms - cells, dust, stuffiness, no fans, "veranda" is called a half-wash roof. Groups stop there, who just want to spend the night cheaper. Feeding - byaka.
