Firstly, what caught my eye - the rooms are reminiscent of a prison in Mexico, especially the fan on the ceiling - gloomy, very small, dirty. The drain in the toilet did not work for us, so it was impossible to go to the comfortable toilet. Light bulbs didn't work everywhere either.
Secondly, the staff makes money on everything - from wifi (1 euro per day) to air conditioning (5 euro per day). Moreover, the payment for air conditioning is their unspoken rule, I am sure that in fact it is free by default.
