Were very recently. In general, I liked everything. Two days later, a Russian-speaking girl Ksenia worked at the reception, on the beach assigned to the hotel, a Russian-speaking girl Angela. I learned a few Italian phrases, my husband spoke fluent English. So there were no problems with communication. The impression of the hotel is good. The staff is very polite, they cleaned the rooms every day, changed the bedding and towels. It was clean. But there are several disadvantages: 1. Our room was very small (although this cannot be attributed to big disadvantages), 2. you can’t use your own electrical appliances in the hotel: they have a hairdryer, but this is something antediluvian built into the wall. And even with a strong desire you won’t use your iron: the sockets are not the same. Laundry and ironing is included in the additional services of the hotel, of course paid. 3. And on the last day, during the calculation, we almost sold someone else's lunch. But we managed to prove that on that day we checked in late and did not have lunch.
That's all the minus, perhaps. The hotel is in the center, near the bus stop and trolleybus. Everything is very convenient. The beach is excellent and clean. Sea is warm. We only had breakfast at the hotel. We went to cafes for lunch and dinner. I recommend two decent ones: La botte (barrel) - there is a menu in broken Russian, but they cook very tasty, a couple of waiters speak English, as well as Amiko - there is a menu in pure Russian and one of the waitresses is a Russian-speaking girl Lilya. They also cook well. Both restaurants are close to the hotel along Via Vespucci: one on the right, the other on the left.
