After the only night spent in the hotel, we forgot the leather jacket and raincoat in the room closet - a couple of hours later we called them and said that we forgot our things and would return for them at the end of the week. We were promised to keep everything, and when we returned, they just shrugged their hands in bewilderment and referred to our alleged insanity. Things were not returned to us, and no one stayed in this room all week! This speaks of the dishonesty of the maids and staff! With all this, the rooms are simply terrible: the hospital wards are just gorgeous mansions compared to the Blumen Hotel!
