Since there will be a lot of criticism in the review, in order to prevent comments: "What do you want from a cheap 3 * hotel", I inform you that in Europe we have rested more than once and mainly in 3 * hotels (in Greece there were 2 *). When ordering the tour, the John 3 * hotel was chosen, but the host refused to accommodate and offered a slightly cheaper Blue Moon 3 * instead. Communicating with other tourists at the hotel, we found out that this is a common practice (there was a suspicion that the host party was colluding with the owner of Blue Moon). And according to people who know Rimini well, they learned that with the same John 3 * stars, the level is much higher than Blue Moon 3 * and a slight price reduction when replacing a hotel does not compensate for a decrease in the quality of service. Mostly tourists from Russia and Belarus stop in Blue Moon, making sightseeing tours in Italy such as several cities and seaside holidays, for which this is one of the intermediate hotels on the tour. We were accommodated in a double room. The room is standard for Europe, with decent furniture and working plumbing. Cleaning every day, the quality of cleaning is normal - it is cleaned where it can be seen. Towels are changed often, almost every day, but in the last four days, foot towels have disappeared (they didn’t sort things out with the owner, they got tired). Linen is changed once a week. The window of the room overlooked the sea. The sea is really visible four hundred meters from the hotel. But right under the windows is a busy street. Since the air conditioning in the hotel was turned off, we had to sleep with an open balcony. Noise from the street is not uniform and very loud all night. Only a person with very good sleep can sleep. There was no refusal from the owner to the request to move to another room, but so many conditions were set (to come on a strictly defined day at a strictly defined time and then, perhaps, something could be done), that it was more expensive to fulfill them, there was a complete lack of desire help. Breakfast is standard European. The taste of cheese, sausage, ham in different hotels depends on the country. We did not try any muesli, and drinks, except for tea. . Features of this hotel: the buffet is taken out on a small tray directly at your approach to the table in an amount for two people, according to the owner's concepts. They also take out one croissant per nose. Croissants are clearly from factory packaging. Automatic machines for drinks, including boiling water, are set to pour a little more than half a tea cup of the drink. A repeated approach to the machine is not stopped, but is accompanied by a disapproving look. The breakfast set process takes place under the close attention of the "poor Russian-speaking girl Lily", as she is called in other hotel reviews. Any deviation from the rules of food collection causes an instant reaction of this unceremonious, ill-bred Moldavian. She loudly and clearly lays down the rules for eating. . We heard the first rule when a tourist approached her with the question: "How much food can I take for breakfast? " Attention! ! Answer: "So much so that others have left! " The rest of the rules are voiced in the process simply by the words: "THIS IS NOT! " At breakfast, you can’t: come additionally for cutting, take more than one croissant, use more than one plate, etc. For ignoring some of the requirements for behavior at breakfast and dinner, we were “punished” by defiantly not noticing us in the restaurant. Separately, about dinner. We did not plan long excursions, so, based on our memories of dinners at a three-star hotel in Italy and on the reviews of other tourists about the Blue Moon Hotel, we took a tour with dinner. The possibility of choosing a hot dish mentioned in the hotel reviews was out of the question. When we asked about it, Lilya said that there was no need to worry, the cook would choose for us. To be honest, we were hoping for dinner to eat real Italian pasta and pasta in various types, all kinds of vegetables, well-prepared hot dishes with a choice. We had such a dinner on a previous trip to Italy (I remind you, also in a three-star hotel). The beginning of dinner is very similar to breakfast. The appetizers laid out on the table should, under close supervision, be placed on one plate with a diameter of no more than 20 cm. When we took a separate plate for two to season and mix the salad, we immediately got: "No! " A repeated approach for a snack is tantamount to going to the scaffold under the angry gaze of the same Lily. In the last week they began to regulate the consumption of bread. A dish with five slices of bread for two was placed on the table, and that was it. A piece of bread is half a piece of a white loaf. Appetizers were frozen beans and cauliflower, boiled potatoes, semi-green tomatoes, coarse cuts of lettuce and cabbage (and this is in Italy in autumn), cucumbers, the cheapest fried peppers. As you move in, the range of snacks decreases. Pasta dishes were boiled "feathers" filled with something that should be sauce. You can eat, but this has nothing to do with pasta cooked in Italy. There was no talk of spaghetti or lasagna. More complex products, such as ravioli, were prepared from semi-finished products. Without exception, all hot dishes (meat and fish) were prepared from low-quality frozen semi-finished products. There is only one rating - you can. For dessert, fruit or cake-type pastries prepared by the "poor girl" from semi-finished products were served every other time. Now about the rest. Rimini was chosen for holidays because of the sea and as a convenient transport hub for trips: proximity to Ravenna, Urbino, San Marino, which were going to be visited using public transport. This is the only plus of this city, since this one is the base for shop tours (we did not know this) and sightseeing tours. People stay in hotels for 1-2 days. Hence the service. 3* are equal in strength to European 2*. Many attendants from Moldova and western Ukraine with varying degrees of knowledge of the Russian language, which will be a plus for someone. Yes, and on the streets of 3 people - two Russians from the southern regions. The city is dirty, buses run frequently during the season, but there are a lot of people in them. We think we made the wrong choice. . Rimini hotels of the middle price range and below are used, as mentioned above, as transit for sightseeing tours or for shoppers from Russia (hence the large number of hangers in the rooms - no one drags them home), respectively, the level of service in them is not so hot. Living twelve days in a Blue Moon hotel is not comfortable, and it makes no sense to pay more for comfort, since there are no particular attractions in Rimini itself, and the sea is dirty. More decent hotels in Riccione or close to the center (no further than the 11th stop of bus number 11). Trips: If you are staying in Rimini for a week and intend to travel frequently by bus, consider purchasing an "orange ticket". This ticket, which costs 17 euros, allows you to travel for a week on all buses in the province, regardless of the duration of the trip and the zone. Unlike single tickets, this one is sold only at the bus station. Near the railway station there is an information office for tourists. In it you can take maps of Rimini and nearby cities, bus schedules, including. in Russian, get information about the work and location of museums and attractions (you will have to explain in English, we did not come across Russian-speaking employees). We went to Ravenna by train. The ticket was taken at the railway station in advance. At the box office, the employees speak fluent English. Drive about an hour. It is impossible to get confused in Ravenna: there is a stand with a diagram near the station. She is enough. I will not write anything about mosaics - you just need to see it. In Urbino: by train to Pesaro, in Pesaro from the station there are buses to Urbino at 15 minutes every hour (10.45, 11.45, etc. ). Urbino is also very easy to navigate. There are signs everywhere. The impression of the town is fantastic: a medieval fortress in the mountains. As in the illustrations in children's books: the turrets of the castle, the fortress wall... This is in addition to the house-museum of Raphael. In San Marino: from the railway station (stop number 4 of the 11th bus) there is a bus, tickets are sold near the buses. The ticket must be taken immediately there and back, otherwise there may be problems when boarding the bus in San Marino. Our compatriots every time, getting on the bus, arrange a stampede, which either annoys or entertains the driver. Italy in miniature disappointed rather than liked. The Italians presented many of their sights there, but there is no information about their whereabouts, only the name. Of course, it's nice to recognize familiar buildings, but I would like to know where the unfamiliar ones you like are located. BUT! Photos from this park make the best impression on the audience. For those who want to see Rimini: the Fellini Museum is under reconstruction, the Museum of Ethnography has moved to Ferrara, and now single visitors are not allowed into the Malatesta fortress - only excursions. We recommend visiting the local art gallery, by the way, admission is free on Wednesdays. In the evenings, there is a "flea market" on the central square, we liked it

I gave a rating of 5 everywhere. Only because this hotel was really comfortable. And if I ever go to Rimini again, then definitely in the same hotel. The room is not luxurious, I do not argue, the shower is small - if for someone this is a priority, then you should probably choose another hotel. As for cleanliness, the cleaning lady came every day to wash, changed bed linen 2 times in 12 days.

As for cleanliness, the cleaning lady came every day to wash, changed bed linen 2 times in 12 days. And every other day I changed 3 towels per person. Breakfasts are always the same (croissant, bread, toast, jam, yogurt, cereal, milk, coffee, juice, sliced sausage and cheese) for 12 days I didn’t get tired, because dinner has never been repeated all this time. If you are leaving early for excursions, then you just need to warn the owner of the hotel, Christian, and they will feed you in the morning at 4 or 5 in the morning, at any early time when you need to leave, with dinner, everything came at 12 at night, warning that you would be on Excursions feed without problems. Dinner consists of a salad bar, first and second courses, and either dessert or fruit, for dinner, as in any other hotel, water, wine, etc. , you have to buy yourself. And the most important thing about this hotel is the atmosphere. . Christian, the owner of the hotel always greets you in a friendly manner with a charming smile. (knows a little Russian and fluent English) Lilya, who is very helpful, speaks Russian, and this is a big plus, she will always not only feed, but also help and prompt in any questions, not even related to the hotel. The vacation was super, including thanks to them too.

There are no complaints about nutrition, and an adult man will not remain hungry. The host Christian is very friendly and responsive to requests. The hotel is conveniently located, the sea, transport stops, cafe-restaurants, shops - everything is nearby! And the very atmosphere of the hotel is somehow, I would say, homely. In general, only positive emotions! And claims are made by those who are inclined to look for flaws everywhere and in everything.

Our Russian-speaking compatriot Lilya works in the dining room, all issues can be resolved with her. Family hotel, small, very cozy.

Some vacationers are not happy with small rooms, but everything is convenient for us, because we came to relax, and not sit in the room. They fed well. Buffet breakfast, large selection, but I really liked the yoghurt, cappuccino and red orange juice. Dinner consists of three courses, the first is always pasta in stock, the second is fish or meat, and the third is pudding or fruit. We talked on the beach with vacationers from other hotels who were not happy with the food and realized that we had better. We went on excursions to Rome, Venice and San Marino - excellent. I really miss Italy, I will be happy to return to my hotel. I recommend this blue moon hotel to all my friends. . I wish the owner further success, prosperity of his business and good luck in all his endeavors. Thank you for the warm welcome Tatiana. I

The hotel is small, cozy, clean, the staff is polite, they tried to understand everything, to help in everything ! ! We were at the same breakfasts, they are of course monotonous, but we ate, drank great coffee and went for a walk. I advise everyone! do not waste money on expensive hotels, you did not come to Italy for this!! !

Kitchen: we had breakfast and dinner. Breakfast is standard for European hotels. Everything was on the tables. Dinner, ordered. Every evening we were offered a menu to choose from 2 courses and dessert. There was more than just pasta! Everyone always had a choice, and rice, and soups, and mashed potatoes, etc. Many complained that after a holiday in Italy, they would not be in tech. year there is pasta - complete nonsense! They create problems for themselves.

I don’t advise the hotel, the owners and the kitchen just suck. 99% of the hotel is Russian, but they don’t speak Russian. Cleaning is carried out daily, but the dust was not wiped off, the bed was not changed even once in a week. Feeding was worse nowhere. If possible, choose another location.
