Arriving at the hotel, we found that there was no safe in the room, although it was declared on the website of the tour operator through which the booking was made. When asked about the availability of a safe, the hostess first replied that she had no time to talk with me on this issue, then it was said that "in general, you are from the agency! " How this should affect the service is not very clear. It was also said that if we suddenly don't like something, then we can always leave the hotel, because they need rooms for new guests.
The room needs renovation, there was no lock in the bathroom, the lock hole was covered with a piece of paper; externally, the toilet bowl was washed, but the smell was unpleasant; plaster was falling from the ceiling. The shower was leaking in all directions.

Three days later we were moved to another room. After moving to another room, it turned out that there was no safe in it either, the shower was also broken, the lock in the bathroom was also broken and one socket near the bed did not work.
I went to the reception and asked why it was necessary to move people to another room, if there is also no safe there. To which the hostess replied that she did not remember in which rooms she had a safe, in which she did not. I tried to find out if the shower could be repaired in this room as well, but in response I heard only screams that I could leave the hotel with my things.
This reaction was very unpleasant, especially since it happened in the presence of other hotel guests. I had to call Moscow to tell the tour operator about this problem. It wasn't until the next day that a safe was installed in our room. Unfortunately, the shower and socket were still broken.
Breakfast at the hotel is very poor, the coffee tastes terrible. In addition, ants feel comfortable on the table where the plates of food are located!
