Ужасный отель г. Рима Terrible hotel in Rome

stayed at the Luce 3* hotel in July 2009. The worst hotel we have ever been in. very dirty. None of the electrical outlets work, and neither does the air conditioner. dirty spots on the cabinets were with us for 5 days. shower cabin 0.5 m by 0.5 m. glass from the cabin constantly fell out (when trying to close and open the shower cabin). towels are really thrown into the bidet. why is it not clear!? . the request to change the room was ignored by the hotel administration. against Luce, the hotel is two stars - constant noise (there was not a single day that the police did not come there at night. ). breakfast is very, very poor. there were rolls on the table " wooden". The husband asked to change them. again ignoring the hotel staff. were witnesses of a not very beautiful situation. the woman took two yogurts to the child, for which she received a remark from the buffet employee. I do not advise anyone.
