We stayed at this hotel in November 2012. Two steps from the Vatican, but far from the city center. But cafes and shops are cheaper. The hotel is more of a converted large apartment. Only 5 rooms. But if you are just going to see Rome, then this is a good enough option. The room is small but very clean. There is TV, shower, gel and soap included, hair dryer, three sizes of towels, hot water without any problems.

Linen is changed every 3 days and cleaned every day. There is air conditioning and heating, although in November we did not need either one or the other. Breakfast is served in the common kitchen (it is also a hall). Manager Alexandor offers tea, coffee, milk and juice. Always fresh croissants, cakes, cookies. And it's all. Breakfast, of course, is poor, but it is enough. If the manager gives you a small cup of American coffee (apparently they drink it from small cups), feel free to ask for a larger one. All without problems. Another delicious cappuccino. The kitchen has a refrigerator that you can use and a stove. True, it will not be possible to cook anything on it except for boiling water (there are no dishes), but hot tea or coffee (instant, bought by you) for the evening is provided to you. Upon arrival, they give out a bunch of keys (from two entrance doors to the entrance, from the entrance to the hall, from the room. All doors are always locked, but having the keys, you can return at any time of the day.
!! ! Be sure to contact the hotel about the time of your arrival, because. the manager at the hotel does not sit all day. He feeds everyone breakfast, cleans the rooms and leaves. Usually, when you book a hotel, you will receive an email from the hotel manager with all these questions. They also offer a transfer from the airport to the hotel, upon your request. We were charged 50 euros from the airport, and 45 euros back. The transfer takes us to the door of the hotel, on the way, apparently, he calls up and the manager is already waiting at the door.
The hotel provides free WI-FI around the clock. Payment for the hotel upon arrival in cash, there were no surprises about the price change. Audibility is really quite good, but at night everything is quiet, only communication in the kitchen wakes you up in the morning. The Italians are very loud, so don't oversleep for breakfast. The manager Alexandro is very polite and helpful, everything is well-mannered and prompt. Mistress Liliana was not seen at all. We were also given a map of Rome at the hotel upon arrival, it is difficult to do without it. In case of bad weather, I advise you to take a raincoat from Russia. We have it costs a penny, and there the “molesters” sell disposable ones for 5 euros. In Rome, everyone wears them, you will not stand out. True, the hotel even has a large umbrella on duty, but it’s not a fact that you will get it.
Departure from the room before 10 am. You hand over the keys, but you can leave your things in the lobby, no one will take them. I think it is better to put valuable things in a suitcase under a combination lock. This will be enough. In return, you will be given another bunch of keys (only the key to the room will not be there). When you leave, just leave them on the manager's table. That's what trust is. Have a good rest. I will answer if there are questions. Write to tatiana-2208@yandex. ru
