But after reading the reviews on booking. com realized that the hostel had a problem with towels and wrote them a letter as best they could. I provide correspondence:

Before the trip to Milan, we went to the shopping center, were a little stingy ....and then on the bus and to Milan. 40 minutes and we are there.
We easily found the hostel, at the reception I met a nice young man who apologized and said that we needed to live on the second floor of the hostel for one night, then we would be moved to the third floor. I apologized for the fact that this number could be a little less. than the one we ordered. We decided, well ...it happens, it's okay, we'll spend the night, and then an even better room awaits us. We climbed to the second floor, everything is clean and tidy and the rooms have towels and toilet paper and bathroom accessories. Already began to dream of an even better number.
But, we were in for a severe disappointment.
Firstly, when we went up to the third floor in the evening, we saw that the room was half the size of the one we had on the second floor, there were no towels, the shower was broken in the toilet, although we realized this only on the last day, when we ventured to take a shower, since the room was in a corner and it was very, very cold, there were no blankets and towels in the room, as they wrote in the reviews ...too. Excuse me here, I found a scythe on a stone.
- Where are our towels? I ask.
- Do you want towels? Pay for them, the manager replies.
- How are towels paid? We wrote to you, asked ....I already became angry.
It's good that we saved the letter and showed it to the manager. True, he tried to pretend that he did not understand English, but we explained to him what was happening, and he realized that there was no point in pretending. He called someone and we were still given one large towel each. At least something
The next day, a young man came up to us for breakfast, introduced himself as the owner of the hostel, and said that there were no places, so we had to put you in another hostel. And when asked why there were no towels, he did not answer ....We complained about the cold, the young man reacted quickly, brought blankets and turned on the battery, by the way, when we were not in the room, it was turned off. As soon as we appeared, they immediately cut it in.
I note the fact that there is air conditioning in the room, but it is paid, it costs 7 euros per day.
I am not a fastidious person, calm, you can say so, and if they tell me that there are towels in the hostel, then they should be, and administrators should not charge money for them. If they are paid, let them be, no problem, but it should be indicated that yes, and we have towels and air conditioners for a fee, is it difficult? !
In a word, when you are going to this hostel, write to them, find out what is included in the price of the reservation and what is not? !
