I want to tell you about our trip to Italy (Livigno) for the new year 2013. I must say that Italy is a magical country, and its mountainous regions are so magnificent that I suddenly fell in love with a sharp winter, which I can’t stand. Just imagine, white snow (always), sun (always), minus 5 maximum, incredible beauty, no queues for lifts, delicious food and very kind and helpful people. All the splendor of this country and the resort in particular helped us to let go of the situation with the disgusting organization of the tour by the travel agency “I want to go on vacation” (operator Accent Travel). True, their disregard and boorish attitude prompted us to organize trips on our own, which I advise you. It's amazing how people change after taking money. They didn't even care that in our company (10 people) there was a two-year-old baby. It was the first trip of the little ones, they approached responsibly, talked and wrote a hundred million times about the car seat on the bus and the crib in the room. The travel agency smiled sweetly at us and said that you are what you are, we understand that this is a child. But there was nothing about the arrival. And since our flight was delayed in Moscow for 8 hours, we arrived very late, we lost a day. But, lest they talk about Italians who will do nothing at lunch and after work, it’s not true, as soon as they heard about the child, they jumped out of their warm beds and brought the bed in a matter of minutes. This is how it is with children. For a car seat, they took 132 euros from us at the travel agency, they were surprised, okay, what to do. Upon arrival, they wanted to return the money, but nothing came of it, it turns out that the car seat was free, and it was money for a seat on the bus for a child who traveled 5 hours in the arms of his parents.
