Marina Di Massa. I've never heard of it before, but I'll definitely be back.
Marina di Massa is the most famous resort of the Apuan Riviera, which combines more than twenty kilometers of wide sandy beaches. Holidaymakers "with status" chose this place at the end of the last century. Luxurious Art Nouveau villas on the coast are surrounded by beautiful gardens. The climate here is very mild and healthy: in summer there is no withering heat, and in winter the air temperature rarely even reaches zero. And in the yards of hotels bamboo often grows, but just bamboo groves!
It is also a very convenient place for excursions. From here it is very convenient to get to La Spezia, and from there - to one of the most famous reserves in Italy - the Cinque Terre, or just straight to Florence! .
But the beaches here are some of the most beautiful. True, we saw ours only in the evening and during a thunderstorm, when there was no one else but us, but this did not prevent us from swimming or "planting" phones with cameras. True, before that, they had already pretty much "sat down" after Monterosso, Rio Maggiore, Vernazza and Manarola. Therefore, the pictures are what they are : -) to my greatest regret.
For photographers, it's just the Klondike! And I'm sure that Marina Di Massa will appeal to everyone. There is also a long bridge here, such as usually in the pictures, a pier extending far into the sea. . . So we didn't get to it : -( Next time - definitely!
