I want to leave comments about my stay at the Heron Hotel, I knew that it would be quite modest in the hotel and the room, but not as it turned out in reality! I was in August 2011, they gave me a room on the 4th floor, I went to look for it, I can’t find it, I found the concierge showed me the key, she took me to the room, it’s just pipets ! ! There are no windows, in short a technical room, I said that I would not live here and went to the reception. The owner of the hotel asked what problems I have? I showed him my voucher, where it was written: a room with a balcony, they gave a new key, a room on the 3rd floor with a balcony, apt. no more than 5 meters, the bathroom is tiny, the plumbing worked really well, the shower has the same name, a hole in the floor and the curtain barely covers it, it’s problematic for a fat person! Thankfully I'm small! The cleaning of the room was good, everything was changed and the soap items were, the towels were clean! There is air conditioning, TV, refrigerator in the room. . There was nothing to eat, breakfast consisted of cereals and yogurt, a terrible-looking sausage and one type of croissant, I saw an omelette 3 times in 7 days and it was not tasty, coffee and tea from thermoses were also not tasty! Single song dinner! Complete rubbish, waste of time! I didn’t see the fruit, I didn’t understand the meat, 2 times plums and 1 time peaches, no desserts, nothing ! ! The owner of the hotel saves on everything! My friends at the same time were in Capitol, each time they talked about what kind of delicacies they were fed in our hotel, just slop! Many write they say 100 meters from the sea, THERE THEY ARE ALL SO HOTELS ARE LOCATED! There is just a wonderful sea and the beach and the town itself! You just need to choose the right hotel, I went from TUi, spent 42.000 rubles in 7 days, I think that the resort is worth the money, but the hotel is not worth a penny! Please read the reviews and don't make the same mistake as me, this hotel is not worthy of spending your hard earned money on it. And finally, positive: there are a lot of cafes and restaurants, you can have dinner and lunch very tasty and inexpensive, cappuccino is just a fairy tale! baking and more. I hope my review will be useful, I'm not a capricious girl, you just go on vacation and want to at least enjoy both nature and amenities, this is Europe and not our backyards....
