Hotel ratings by criteria:
The hotel is not bad, for the "treshki" even very, very decent. Food, service, service - very good. Beach-sand, 3 minutes from the hotel. The location is on the outskirts, although on a shopping street, but far from the center. The biggest problem is the lack of air conditioning in the room. Or rather, it is, but does not work, and the ceiling fan, which the hotel employees call "climate control", barely works. As a result (in order not to die from stuffiness), one has to open the balcony door at night and "enjoy" the sounds from the street all night. The problem is to fall asleep, and in the morning, a buzzing head. Do not think that the tourists (we were 8 people from the group) were such idiots that they forgot to order air conditioning in the room on vacation. They didn’t take a fee in Moscow (payment on the spot) and before entering the hotel, the host (tour operator Gartur) also assured us that there would be no problems with air conditioning, pay 8 euros per day and complete order. We're out of luck, apparently. Our rooms were not included in the number of 20 air-conditioned rooms in this hotel. This is a minus and a very big one! So, if you are going on vacation in hot weather, negotiate everything when buying a tour. And further. There are quite steep stairs at the entrance to the hotel and there is no ramp. Get ready to carry your luggage up these steps on your own. To be honest, if it were not for these problems, the hotel could, with a clear conscience, be given a very good rating.
