We rested in these apartments at the end of January 2012. From Treviso airport to Olang we drove more than 2 hours along serpentines, we were very tired, upon arrival it turned out that we needed to take the keys and go further up the mountain. It turned out that these apartments consist of 3 apartments in different places, we got to the app. Simone. So Simona is located 3 km from the ski lift and from there another 3 km to the center of the village, the nearest restaurant is 700m. Shops only in the village. The administrator arrived, showed us everything and fled, we did not see him again during the rest. Imagine when we arrived at the place late in the evening, hungry after the flight and moving, and there was nowhere to eat, and three children in our dreams.
The fun continued the next morning, when we stood on the track for more than an hour, but the ski bus did not wait. The big ski buses that take skiers from Olang to us just didn't go up the mountain, and we had to stomp down straight from the mountain to the ski lift with the children!!! ! In general, this is how we lived, in the morning a walk from the mountain down, in the evening a taxi - 10 euros for a small bus for everyone. Go to the store: by ski bus from the ski lift to Olang, also from there, and then again by taxi. Well, we all had walkie-talkies and we all got together to get cheaper.
The apartments themselves are not bad - spacious, equipped with new furniture, warm, but there were no promised ski storage rooms, we left the skis downstairs in the storage room, and if we were in our own car, I don’t even know where to store them.
There was also no Internet and even a hair dryer! (All this is stated in the description)
You can’t go on excursions from there - everything is far away, even the representative of the host country - Tui is not there.
As a result, we did not want to stay there all 6 days, we took skis for 5 days and asked Tui to reschedule the transfer for us. So they returned us 30 euros per person for the return trip, and they agreed to arrange a transfer for almost 80 per person !!! ! As a result, we ourselves hired the same taxi driver for 25 people! Through our travel agency in Ukraine, we booked a hotel in Mestre (3 km from Venice) and left on the last day for a walk in Venice.
We have such a group that we don’t particularly bother with difficulties, but I decided to write a review anyway, it might be useful for those who are going to Kronplatz for skiing !! !
