I theoretically studied the city in such a way that it was as if I had already been here. The town somehow suddenly immediately opened up to me from the height of the road. It turned out to be the same as I imagined it in my thoughts, only more greenery, and the mountains are higher and whiter, like the river, but I could not say Ah with delight.
My first task was to find a hotel at a reasonable price for me with a parking lot. At first I thought it was easy, because it's not winter. Wrong. There are almost no places, and where there is, the price is about 8.000 rubles per night. Now I choose hotels carefully. If the windows of the room overlook the main street or square, then immediately refuse. If the number is a bar-restaurant, then I also refuse. If parking is under the windows, then this is terrible, especially when bikers come in and out, whose hearing is almost completely absent. Now I'm looking for a hotel in an alley, or a dead end street. With great difficulty I found a similar hotel for 7680 rubles. All bars have sandwiches and beer. I didn’t find good food with soup, and where there is good food, the price is within 60 euros. It’s good that I went to the supermarket before this town, where I bought the necessary products. He quickly prepared a hearty soup with herb spices, washed down with homemade Italian wine, and went out to get acquainted with Cortina di Ampezzo.
What to say? A big village, there is a big village, but retouched. Oh!! ! Can't say, I expected more. Tourists go here and there. They look at each other. Introduce their dogs. They drink beer and talk loudly. When the bells begin to sound, then all the pets begin to howl, and even so together. They should sing in the choir. This picture is familiar to me. Apparently, this place is perfect for winter. True, I can not understand one. How do tourists sleep? All hotels are wooden. Every step of a tourist around the hotel is a thunderbolt on the head, so it is in summer. In winter, everyone wears ski or winter boots. I can imagine what a rumble is all over the hotel.
The nature around Cortina is very beautiful. I especially like the Dolomites. They are so tall and dangerous. All rivers and streams are light in color. Tomorrow I'll go to the lift. I think the views of the mountains will be interesting.
I wanted to come here this winter, but now the desire has disappeared. There are a lot of tourists, prices are very high. There are few catering facilities, and they are all full. I liked the little-known places around more.
