The attitude towards customers is simply terrible, there is only one answer to all requests, yes, you went away. In the future, the heating was turned on from 8 am to 9 am and in the evening somewhere from 5 pm to 7 pm, it was not realistic at all to warm up , just neither in the morning nor in the evening, all the walls are moldy, in the fungus, in short, it’s just horror, not rest, but sheer hassle. The only plus is that the ski bus stop is opposite, and grocery stores are nearby, opposite a good restaurant, I advise everyone. This hotel is categorically I do not recommend, I have been riding regularly for many years in Austria, Andora, Finland, but I have never met such a boorish attitude.
