At first everything was fine, but it all started with the fact that our children didn’t eat for breakfast and we decided to take them breakfast and we were forbidden to take two yogurts and a croissant with us for the children to have a snack later (breakfast for a second, costs 500 euros for week). It would be nice if the breakfast was chic, but croissants, toasts with cheese and ham, the choice is so-so and bent out of yourself, don’t understand what !! ! Okay, we thought, okay....but when on December 30, after skiing, my family and I sat in the room, turned on the music and our children danced and had fun (it was 16.00-17.00), an employee knocked on our door and told us in a claim form about that we interfere with everyone and turn off the music and calm the children. We did not understand the claims, because according to the law, we have the right to listen to music until 22.00, okay, let's even omit this moment. When our daughter, as an interpreter, went down to the reception to talk with this employee, he spoke to her in a rather rude manner and when she wanted to continue the dialogue, he defiantly left and did not return! I think this act indicates how unprofessional the work of the employees is!
Further, when we went down for a walk, the head of the family, the father, approached the reception again to finally sort out the situation. The arguments were such that we cannot calm the children (they are only 2 years old) and the child cannot sit still, hence such sounds and knocks; Accordingly, we can conclude that our families were discriminated against on this basis !! ! And from time to time they repeated that we calmed the children! I can’t say that our children are uncontrollable and inadequate, just, due to age, they are active and mobile, but we cut through such inadequate things, in general, healthy and adequate children and have never interfered with anyone before !!!!
Let's continue. The hostess (a woman in age and wearing glasses) joined this conversation. Due to a misunderstanding, the father began to resent and speak in a raised voice, to which the employee and the hostess began to be rude to him, they also began to raise their voice and say things in Italian! On the statement that we will no longer come to this hotel, I literally convey their words “and don’t, we will only be happy”, they clapped their hands and smiled brazenly in our face !!!! ! It was beyond arrogance and unprofessionalism!
Then at the end they added that WE, tourists, in an unknown country, packed up and checked out of the hotel on December 31 at 10.00, so that we would not be there !!! ! A few hours later we contacted our Travel Agent, then he contacted them, to which they replied that there was no such conversation !!!!
I can conclude that this hotel does not meet the standards of a 3-star hotel and the maximum is 1 star!
The staff did not even apologize to us after this situation, but smiled in the face, as if nothing had happened!
In addition, the bed, towels were not changed in the room and the room was not cleaned during the whole week!! ! In order for us to change the towels, we had to go down to the reception, and more than once, and only then we were given clean towels!
If you want to choose this hotel, NEVER do it! It is better to choose neighboring hotels, they offered to take us by car for free for dinner when we were looking for a restaurant to have dinner!
And when we refused breakfast, the money was not returned to us !!!

We are not the first time in Italy and we have never met such an attitude in a hotel!
