Pros: Lovely room 151 with a large balcony and panoramic views of the sea and Maiori. Cleanliness, daily change of towels, bed linen every other day. Friendly staff. Normal breakfast for Italy. Good location for trips along the Amalfi Coast.

Location: on the embankment, on the outskirts of Maiori, 5 minutes walk to the main street. Hotel: not bad, but I would give a good 3+, we had a two-room suite (we were three adults), there was a large bed in one room, a sofa in the other, a balcony with chairs and a table. Cleaned every day, no complaints.

Cleaned every day, no complaints. There was no safe in the room, you could leave money at the reception for storage. But we didn't. Left in the room, in the closet. Nothing was stolen! : )
Meals: This hotel only offers breakfast. Apparently they don't have a kitchen at all. For breakfast: delicious croissants, jam, honey, butter, toast, coffee, tea. And that's it. Actually, we were full, but on the 5th day we began to get bored with croissants, we wanted sausages or eggs : ). Our dinners were paid for, but they were in another hotel. At first we were tense, but then we liked it: before dinner there was a small promenade. The food was good, the menu choice, wine, water for an additional fee, very kind waiters, they helped with the choice of dishes, one even got a Russian-Italian dictionary and translated the menu for our arrival. We remembered that one of us does not tolerate chocolate in dessert and next time we took this into account without reminders. It was a pleasure!!!
Beach: next to the hotel, own, sandy. At the beginning of June, when we were there, sunbeds and umbrellas were free of charge. The beach attendant, without asking, helped to arrange a sun lounger, open an umbrella. There is no pool in the hotel!
In general, all the staff were excellent! I liked it very much, kind, attentive, etc. etc. !!!!
Entertainment: that's the problem! Only for lovers of a relaxing holiday! There is no animation in the hotel, only room + breakfast! The town is very small: the embankment, the main street and a few narrow but picturesque streets.
There are restaurants, pizzerias, coffee houses. European prices. But there is no discos, no bars of any kind. Those. in the evening only walk, eat - there is nothing else to do.
Excursions: with a guide we went to Naples and Pompeii. Little time. Pompeii shocked, Naples - so-so, especially compared to other Italian cities.
Independently traveled all the coast: Minori, Amalfi, Sorrento, Positano - all by bus.
We went to ROME (by bus to Salerno 1 hour, from there by train 2.5-3.5 hours, depending on the type of train, i. e. you have to leave very early, back to the hotel at 12 at night). In Rome, bought a map and go. Of course, there is little time, and you need to make a plan in advance. Rome is an amazing city! Be sure to visit!!
SUMMARY: good, relaxing stay. Swim in the clear sea, eat delicious pasta (I brought home a whole bag of pasta, you can’t compare with our all sorts of McFs), watch beautiful cities. And most importantly - VERY BEAUTIFUL NATURE!! ! The spirit is breathtaking!! !
