It is strange that with a sufficient number of Russian tourists, they did not bother to have at least one Russian-speaking manager. At the same time - the complete absence of any information. There are no rules for you, no routine for you, no pointers where anything... On the first day, it was difficult to find where breakfast is served, because the hotel is located in two buildings, dinner in one, and breakfast in another, in the basement .
The room was for two, quite small but with a balcony. The bathroom is catastrophically small! Shower 75X65, while the door (book) is folded inside the shower cabin. The toilet and bidet are located under the sink, which rides along the wall, closing either one or the other, there are no words - a miracle of technology! If you still managed to get out of the shower, then you will have to dry yourself in the corridor by opening the door, because there is simply nowhere to turn around. There are no hooks for towels and the heated towel rail is cold.
Air conditioning is available, but for a fee. We tried to sleep one night and realized that with an open balcony it is quite possible to do without it, provided that the sun does not shine through your windows (we had just such an option). Cleaned every day, but not recycled, obviously. All cleaning consists of throwing sheets on the bed and taking out the garbage. Towels are changed if thrown on the floor, but we were regularly "not reported" either a towel (one or two) or a shower mat. Soap and shampoo were available only upon arrival, two disposable glasses (even toothbrushes have nowhere to put) then they don’t give anything, even if it’s over, they washed their hands with their shampoo for a couple of days, then they asked for soap. Everything must be asked. Same story with toilet paper. Bed linen was changed on the 11th day of our stay. But we didn't dwell too much on such trifles. In the end, we did not come to sit in the room.
Safe for a fee at the reception (not in the room). There is a TV, but all channels are only local (and okay! ) The beach at the hotel is free, shared with another hotel. It is not far and pleasant to go, the road is all in flowers and through the underpass goes directly to the beach. Sunbeds and umbrellas for a fee. The beach is very good, equipped with everything you need (changing rooms, shower, toilet, mirror), clean, sand, gentle slope, but pine trees grow along the promenade, behind which the sun sets. If you are given sunbeds on the first line (close to the water), you can enjoy your tan until 18:00, while on the 4th line you will be in the shade already at 16:00.
Contrary to our expectations and comments about the hotel, it turned out to be quite noisy there. Motorcycles are worn at night and early in the morning, revving, even roosters begin to sing at 5 in the morning. This applies to all sides, since the buildings are small and almost all windows face one or another road and near it. They obviously got excited with the "palm park", it is more like a front garden, it does not save absolutely from noise, especially since it is quite normal for Italians to stand in the middle of the road and talk loudly with compatriots from the balcony, they are loud. They also like to smoke on the balcony, the smoke naturally rises to the upper room - "enjoy! " I would settle everyone who smokes in one direction, or on the upper floors, because the freedom of one ends where the freedom of another begins.
The food in the restaurant is delicious. The breakfast is quite tolerable, there is some choice and you won't go hungry. Dinner à la carte, ordered the day before, two dishes to choose from six, plus dessert. A separate topic is the menu. Again, not in Russian, and Italian and English do not fully reflect the essence of what will be prepared. But you can always change if you made a mistake with the choice, there are no problems with this. Pasta is presented in all its diversity (those who do not like pasta have nothing to do there, the second course is usually meat, chicken, fish or rabbit. Desserts are cake, semifreddo, panna cotta, tiramisu, chocolate or caramel pudding. Once there were profiteroles with patisserie cream. Very meager set of vegetables for dinner. No salads at all. Carrot rules!
A separate description is worthy of the service in the restaurant. We were immediately told that it was customary to come to dinner on time (corridor 30 min. ) But all these thirty minutes you will pick carrots with a fork and drink water, because the waiter will start delivering dishes only when everyone is assembled. He acts professionally, sometimes virtuoso, "runs", but at the same time he serves terribly slowly! The "normal" duration of dinner is 1.5 hours! And a couple of times it lasted 2 hours, which, of course, is annoying, sitting and stupidly waiting for a plate of food to be brought to you. It's a pity to waste so much time.
In general, the rest is quite comfortable, if you don’t get hung up on individual points, the hotel management would like to wish a more professional approach to the choice of staff and provide the hotel with sufficient information and a menu in all languages of the vacationing contingent.
