I'll start with the check-in: in 6 hours, starting from 20.00 to 02.00, we changed 3 rooms, it all happened quite emotionally, the fat man at the reception pretended that he did not know any language at all, except for his native. The first "room" was, like the second and third, without a number plate, from which we concluded that these rooms were intended for servants or something like that, it was a tiny room with one large bed, one bedside table and a dirty bathroom and we would have stayed there, but our guide realized that he was mistaken and in an instant, together with our suitcases, again galloped over the potholes to the reception. There they give us new keys and we also quickly run to another "room", where a frog was waiting for us in the bathroom on the toilet, walls black with fungus and other outrages, with the words "tomorrow we will change to another number" our benefactor evaporated along with the dollar. Having recovered from the shock, we returned to the reception, threatened that we would sleep right here, we were promised to change the room at night, but we have to sit in the room and wait for a call from the reception. There was no phone in the room. After midnight, realizing that we would not give up, we were already settled in the third room, also small. In the morning we demanded a large two-room suite, as promised by the travel agency. And they gave us. But we did not feel like winners, because every time we passed by the reception, we heard similar scandals and only with Russian tourists. About food: the dining room is a nauseating place. you won’t see such dirt even in a menagerie, the food is completely inedible, dirty tables, plates, cups in pall and in someone else’s lipstick. About the territory: the only thing that pleased! I won’t say that it was a completely ruined vacation, but again, not a single Russian channel, and the nature is just super! If you are not afraid of dirt, rudeness, indifference of representatives of travel agencies, then you will be comfortable there. Good luck.
