We are now in the hotel, knocking at the temples and shaking hands, I don’t even know where to start the review. It's that feeling of watching a scary movie and it's not happening to you. And so on. On the last day of our stay here, we woke up to find an open window in the bedroom, an open door in the kitchen and an exposed window in the bathroom. I will say right away that the window was not broken, but glass plates were pulled out (like glass blinds), which, in fact, can be done without much noise. And most importantly, there is no safe!! ! After an active day, neither my husband and I, nor the children woke up during the thief's visit to our villa, the tiled floor served him well, since steps were not heard at all. They took out everything that was with the safe: passports, Russian documents, documents and car keys, and all the money and cards, in addition, everything of value that was in the room, including rupees and telephones. And then a series of waiting for the police, cynologists with a dog, a guide, then an arrival at the police and again reports and protocols. The horror of the situation is beyond words, two children woke up in the morning ready for adventure, and we have not a rupee in our pocket or passports. After several hellish hours, crowds of police in the room, fingerprints from the furniture and the window through which the thieves entered, we are told that no one can promise that we will fly away, neither the police nor the guide. And the owner of the hotel, saying dont wori, asked to wait. After lunch, the situation began to improve, as not far from the hotel they found our uprooted safe and next to it were passports and other documents. Naturally, there was no money or telephones there. We asked the owner of the hotel how he wants to return our money and valuables, because the incident occurred in his hotel and the valuables disappeared right with the safe, to which he replied that he was happy that our passports were found and advised us to share his beautiful mood. To our bewilderment and calls for responsibility, we were allowed to have lunch and dinner in the canteen for the all-inclusive. And he added that this was the first time they had this in 7 years, although in the midst of the arrival of the police, a woman living on the 2nd floor approached us and said that in their room that night there was an attempt to enter the room from the balcony, and in general In the area there were cases of bags being torn off passers-by and theft on the beach. Then there were another 1.5 hours in the police, filling out reports and a CERTIFICATE that we were robbed. The hotel driver who brought us to the police and handed presents to the Indian policemen, as we later understood from the report, for writing that the valuables had disappeared not from the safe, but from the room, we did not sign such a report and about the safe was added. But, as we understand, no one is going to defend our interests here and everyone is unanimously covering f @ n? hotel owner. As a result, 300 dollars were rolled off our master's shoulder, saying that no one had seen the contents of the safe, and in general, they have no more. The worst thing is that the owner of the hotel, with full confidence in his rightness, behaves very defiantly. By the way, there were 600 dollars, 40.000 Russian rubles in the safe, and the total losses, including phones, amount to 120.000 Russian money.
After all the palemiki at the reception, the police and the boss summed up what happened to us. In fact, there is no security guard in the hotel, he sits in a booth and greets people passing by, as the boss said, it is not his duty to bypass the territory (an empty booth in the photo is attached) there are also cameras, but from the side of the street (from where the thief entered) they are not there, and in the conclusion of the security bacchanalia, a fence 1 meter high, as the police later said through it and jumped over our safe, in fact, a sleeping guard and a fence protect you from local huts and criminals, which even a child will jump over without problems. At the thought that when the whole family was sleeping peacefully, in our villa, monotonously raking out our bags, and disconnecting phones from chargers, he walked, perhaps an armed ragamuffin, horrifies me, but what if we woke up, or a son sleeping alone on the second floor, where the thief also visited ?? ? No one tried to understand our emotional state, the policemen and Pele at the police station were laughing merrily, discussing our situation, sincerely asking, what else do we need, did we find passports? To our arguments that the money was gone with the safe, the entire staff shrugged their shoulders. Here, they didn’t even apologize to us for the lost day, for the nerves, and they believe that the loss from the safe is the same as from the room, and no one is responsible for your things, gentlemen.
Of course, all is well that ends well and we are all alive and well, but money comes with time, we were horrified by this situation, no one is responsible for anything, and there is no one to ask in fact. And the person who owns all this says that he knows nothing, has not seen anything, and 300 dollars is all his money. I would like to say a huge thank you to the Russian guests who came up to us, and seeing how I, being in a state of shock, smeared tears on my face, offered their help to the Pegasus guide Anna, who did everything that depended on her.

Summing up all that has happened, I would like to wish all hotel guests to think a hundred times whether you have a desire to be in our situation, and to be left alone with your truth, which you should brush aside like an annoying mosquito, of which there are darkness in this area.
Photos of a broken safe, police reports, a fence around the hotel, an exposed bathroom window are attached.
